SOLUTION // GETTING FOUND

Your business is already being described. The only question is by whom.

Whoever does not take control leaves it to somebody else.

What it costs

Being invisible never appears on an invoice. That is exactly why nobody notices it — and exactly why it runs for years.

01
The stranger decides without you

Someone new in town has nobody to ask. They open Google, skim the reviews and photographs, glance at the website — and they have decided before you know they exist.

02
Strangers maintain your profile

Any guest can upload photos, opening hours go stale over a holiday, and “permanently closed” only takes a suggestion nobody notices. Control you do not exercise is exercised by somebody else.

03
The weaker business wins

When the better one stays invisible and the weaker one runs decent marketing, the market rewards visibility rather than quality. That does not improve competition, it degrades it.

Why the usual fixes fail

SEO on a broken site

Sending visitors to a page that does not convince them is paid-for disappointment.

Set up once, never maintained

Someone created the profile three years ago. Since then it has been writing itself.

Optimised for the wrong word

A site pointed at “fire extinguisher” produces enquiries for fire extinguishers — even when you sell assessments.

Buying rankings repairs nothing. If the page answers the wrong question, more visibility only produces more of the wrong enquiries — reliably, every month.

What happens when you do not run it

A Google business profile is not an entry you create once. It is an open newsroom anybody may write in — and as long as you do not run it, somebody else does.

  • 01Anyone can upload photos. The blurred phone shot of a full ashtray then sits next to the picture you paid a photographer for, at exactly the same size — sometimes above it, because Google decides the order, not you.
  • 02In the worst case somebody uploads something that has nothing to do with your business at all: a selfie in underwear, a picture from a different venue, an insult written on a piece of paper. Until it is reported and reviewed, your guests see it.
  • 03Any user may “correct” your opening hours. Google accepts those suggestions when nobody objects — and then somebody stands outside your open door on a Sunday because it said “closed”, or never sets off at all.
  • 04“Permanently closed” takes exactly one suggestion. You will not hear about it in a message. You will notice it because nobody comes any more.
  • 05The questions on your profile get answered for you by complete strangers. Wrong, but visible — and the answer with the most thumbs sits on top, not the correct one.
  • 06A bad review with no reply reads as agreement. And the reply is not for the person who wrote it. It is for the two hundred people who read it afterwards.

None of this is an edge case — it is the normal state of a profile nobody runs. Control you do not exercise is taken over by chance, and chance does not have your interests at heart.

Being found or being seen

The way up takes time. Attention is available today.

Advertising buys speed. Findability builds independence.

When somebody says “SEO” they usually mean “I want more enquiries next month”. That is understandable, but they are two different things, and the difference is not quality — it is time. So we put both roads side by side before anyone talks about measures. You should see what you are paying with.

The long road

Findability / SEO

Build slowly. Live off it for a long time.

You invest once in a page that answers questions — and over time Google puts it near the top. You do not buy the visitor, you earn them. What you built belongs to you and does not slide away overnight.

The fast road

Advertising — social and Google

Switch it on today. Be seen today.

You buy attention on Meta, TikTok, in YouTube Shorts and where it fits on Google. That works in days rather than months — and it stops on the day you stop paying. That is the honest price of speed.

Advertising only means you rent attention.

Findability only means you wait for attention.

The strongest setup does both.

Advertising

Visible instantly — but only while budget runs.

Findability

Slow start — the value stays yours.

Advertising bridges the time findability needs in order to grow.

Why it takes that long

Google trusts a new site about as far as you would trust a stranger offering you a deal in the street: not at all, to begin with. Trust is built there over time, through content that genuinely answers questions, and through other sites pointing at you. It can be accelerated, not skipped. Put differently: findability is a house you build. Advertising is a hotel room you rent — move in tonight, but it will never be yours.

Which one is you?

When do you need new customers?
Advertising, findability in the background

The most common case, and the one the combination is made for. Advertising brings enquiries while the site grows; once the site carries, you need less bought reach for the same result. You see separately what each road delivers.

Both are right, just not for the same reason. Advertising buys you the months that findability needs; findability later lowers the price advertising costs. Do only one of them and you pay either with time or permanently with budget — and if you want to see something soon, you start with advertising while the site grows in the background.

Produce once. Use it four times.

The reason advertising pays off even for a small business is not the click price — it is reuse. Shot vertically, clean audio, an opening that holds within three seconds: the same material runs everywhere.

The RAVARO system

Two things that constantly get thrown into one pot: your Google business profile and whether your website can be found. One is an entry on a map, the other is your site itself. We do both — separately, and you can commission just one of them.

01
Measure

Where you stand today — from the outside, in a minute

02
Secure the profile

Photos, hours, reviews: back in your hands

03
Fix the site

Speed, structure, titles — the foundation

04
Content

Answers to the questions people actually type

05
Readable by AI

Written so that ChatGPT can quote you

06
Measure again

The same measurement again — did it move?

Building blocks

BLOCK 01
First: the outside diagnosis

80 checkpoints, one score, about a minute. The outside view of your site before anyone sells you anything — and the basis for deciding which of the two parts actually matters for you. Our own tool: webgainer.io.

BLOCK 02
Part A · Google business profile

The entry on the map: set up, with your pictures, correct hours, answered reviews, and an eye on who else is writing in it. That is maintenance, not search work — and you can commission it on its own.

BLOCK 03
Part B · Making your website findable

The site itself: speed, structure, honest titles, structured data — and copy that answers the questions people actually type. This is the work commonly called SEO.

BLOCK 04
Part B · Quotable by AI

Belongs to the site, not the profile: more people ask ChatGPT instead of Google, and what gets quoted is what is unambiguous — answers in text, the same facts everywhere.

BLOCK 05
The fast road alongside: advertising

If you cannot wait six months, we run advertising in parallel — Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Google where it fits. It is a separate topic with its own budget, and we account for it separately so you can see what each road brings in.

Real proof

The case this whole idea hangs on: a site optimised for “fire extinguisher” while the owner wanted to be booked as a certified assessor.

How it starts

STEP 01
Analysis

We map how your business actually runs today — not the org chart, the workflows.

STEP 02
Architecture

We design the system that closes the gaps, module by module.

STEP 03
Build

We build, wire and launch — then keep tuning what runs live.

Questions we get asked

Do you do SEO?+

We do not sell rankings. We make sure you are found — and that the visit is worth something once it happens. Either one without the other is money thrown away.

Do you promise first place?+

No. Nobody serious does, because nobody controls it. What we control is the state of your site, the cleanliness of your profile, and the questions both of them answer.

What do I have to do myself?+

Two things nobody can take off your hands: ask for reviews, and tell us when there is news — an award, a new menu, a refurbishment. We handle the rest.

Is it worth it without walk-in trade?+

If your customers do not look for you on a map, the Google profile matters less — search and the AI answer still do. We tell you which part counts for you instead of selling you both.

How long does it really take to reach the top?+

Expect six to twelve months before the positions move noticeably. Exactly how long depends on the area and on how hard the competition is already working: in a narrow niche it goes faster, in a contested city it takes longer. If you cannot wait that out, you advertise — that works in days, but it costs budget continuously.

Is this the same as Google Ads?+

No, and the difference matters. Ads buy visibility with money and stop working the moment you stop paying. This is about what can be found about you with no budget running. The two work well together — they are still not the same product.

Do I need a separate video for every platform?+

No, and that is exactly where the leverage sits. Shoot the video properly from the outset — vertical, clean audio, an opening that holds within three seconds — and the same material runs on Meta, on TikTok and in YouTube Shorts. One effort, four times the reach. Only Google Ads works differently: there the same idea has to land in text.

What does it cost?+

That depends on whether it is the profile, the site, or both — and on whether we built your site or can get access. So there is no price list here, there is an offer after a conversation. What we will tell you up front: we talk you out of the part that would do nothing for you.

The red thread

Five solutions, one system. Each one clears a different bottleneck.

VisibilityVisitorsEnquiriesRevenuePeopleCapacityGrowth

Growth always breaks at exactly one point in this chain, and rarely the one you suspect first. If nobody can find you, a prettier website will not help. If you have enquiries but nobody to do the work, you do not need advertising, you need people. That is why every engagement starts with the question of where it is stuck for you — not with whatever we would enjoy selling.
