NEPHELE Residences
Concept by RAVAROCONCEPT BRAND · REAL ESTATE · DUBAI
Nobody buys the development. They buy apartment A1803.
Where developer websites stand
A Dubai launch site usually shows the same set: renderings of the tower, a location map, a payment plan, an amenities grid — and one form at the bottom called Register your interest.
Everything above that form sells the development. The form then asks the visitor to want all of it at once.
What the real problem is
Nobody buys a development. They buy a specific apartment: a floor, a view, a layout, a price. Those are exactly the four things the website refuses to show — they sit with the agent, behind a callback.
So the site collects a name and a phone number, and hands the agent a lead that says nothing. The agent calls back blind and starts qualifying from zero, which is where most of these leads quietly die.
The decision — and why
We put the inventory on the website instead of behind the form.
Every unit in the tower is on the page: unit number, level, type, square footage, view, price and whether it is still available. Filterable and sortable, without asking anyone for an email address first.
The gamble is obvious, and it is the point: once a visitor can see that the two-bedroom on level 18 is gone and the one on 21 is not, he stops browsing and starts choosing. And the moment he chooses, the enquiry is worth something.
What it became
View it liveOne continuous descent: from above the clouds over the Dubai skyline down to a single apartment — and from there straight into an enquiry that names it.
A thirty-second flight down through the clouds to the tower, scrubbed by the scroll. If the film cannot load, the same descent runs as an image sequence.
The tower as a vertical index. Every level shows what is still available on it.
Unit, level, type, area, view, price, status — filterable by type, sortable by every column.
Each apartment as renderings, an SVG floor plan generated from the room data, and a 3D cutaway that matches that plan exactly.
Request this residence — carrying the unit number, and the choice between a private viewing, a call back, WhatsApp or the floor plans.
Real screenshots of the live build. Prices, availability and dates are illustrative — the site says so itself.
What it does for the business
The enquiry changes shape. Instead of a lead saying somebody is interested, the agent gets one saying which apartment, which floor, which price bracket and what the buyer wants next. That is a different first phone call.
The site also keeps an honest record of the path: which floors were opened, which residences were looked at. Nothing invented — if nothing was opened, it says nothing was opened.
The pattern travels well beyond property. Wherever a business hides its actual inventory behind a contact form — machines, vehicles, units, appointments, capacity — the same trade applies: show it, and the enquiries arrive already qualified.
NEPHELE is a fictional development. The tower, the apartments, the prices, the availability and the handover date were invented by us — the site states this in the header, in the footer, and once more after an enquiry is sent.
Nothing is sent and nothing is stored. The enquiry ends in a screen that explains why the page exists, which is the opposite of what a real sales funnel would do.
It was built without a client, to show developers what the mechanism does. What it proves is the method, not a sales figure — there is no sales figure, because there is nothing to sell.
A website that only looks nice is dead weight. Website Systems builds a site from your actual business goals — one that takes work off your plate and turns visitors into real enquiries.
